Swann Launches CycleSmart Bicycle Insurance

Swann Insurance today commenced distribution of its new CycleSmart™ Bicycle Insurance product range through selected bicycle retailers.  Swann's entry into the bicycle insurance market continues its strong tradition of providing innovative niche insurance products to meet the needs of specialised markets.

CycleSmart™ offers cyclists three unique products and provides Australia's most extensive insurance coverage for bicycles at market leading prices.  CycleSmart™ provides protection against costs arising from bicycle theft (both home and away), accidental damage, injuries to third parties such as pedestrians and other cyclists, and from accidental damage to other people's property.  Insurance cover for bicycle accessories, carbon fibre components and cover whilst racing are also available.

A rollout of CycleSmart™ has commenced with Victorian bicycle retailers and will progress to other Australian states over the coming weeks.
